Billy’s food diary

On Monday, I ate lots of spaghetti for breakfast. I need to eat more grain products. Grain products such as spaghetti, rice and bread are good for us.

On Tuesday, I ate a lot of pork chops for lunch. I need to eat less junk food. Junk food such as fried chicken wings and French fries is bad for us.

My food diary

On Monday, I ate a lot of noodles and a little beef. I like beef but too much meat can make us fat. I ate a little lettuce. I am fat so I am going to eat more vegetables.

On Tuesday, I ate a lot of rice, a little bread and a few potato chips. I am overweight so I am going to eat less junk food. I am also going to eat more vegetables every day. I ate a little corn for dinner. I like food but I need to eat less food.

My resolutions

1.     I’m unfit so I’m going to do more sports. Then I will be fit.

2.     I want to buy a present for my mum so I’m going to save more pocket money.

3.     My room is messy so I’m going to tidy my room every Sunday.
