OECIS国际中学遵循国际教育的办学宗旨,与MYP项目的标准与实践接轨,践行国际教育的办学理念,落实双语教学要求,探索国际中学的办学特色。承上启下,努力为学生提供优质的学习环境,力求使学生通过国际中学阶段3年的学习,为进入DP大学预科学习以及出国留学深造奠定坚实的基础。遵循IB国际教育MYP的课程标准,ISP国际中学根据MYP八大学科组以及我们学校的实际设立了如下学科:中文A,中文B,英文A,英文ELPAS,历史,数学,科学,物理,化学,生物,音乐,美术,信息技术,体育和英语语法。/Abiding by OECIS mission statement, ISP aligns with IBMYP standards and practices to implement international education philosophy. By bilingual teaching we try to make our feature like any other international middle schools. Served as a connecting link between PYP and DP, ISP makes great efforts to provide a better learning community so as to lay a strong foundation for DP. According MYP curricula, we set our subjects including Chinese A, Chinese B, English A, ELPAS, History, Maths, Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Music, Art, IT, PE and English Grammar.
国际初中积极践行国际部的办学宗旨与核心价值观,与国际文凭组织中学项目的标准与实施要求接轨,落实中外课程融合的要求,探索国际中学的办学特色,培养具有国际情怀的终身学习者。中学项目的目的是向青少年提供使他们受益终身的教育,学会怎样学习,并进行批判性思考,引导学生进行整体化和综合性学习,把课堂上所学习的内容与课堂之外的现实世界联系起来,帮助学生积极和负责任地投身到不断变化的和相互联系日益紧密的世界当中,成为一个终身学习者。一切教育教学活动均以学生为中心而展开,这为提升学生素质、促使学生全面发展提供了广阔的机会与舞台。学段承上启下,努力为学生提供优质的学习环境,力求使学生在3年的学习中,能为进入国际文凭组织大学预科(DP)项目的学习以及出国留学深造奠定坚实的基础。目前国际初中学制共计3年,相当于国内义务教育课程的7-9年级,根据国际文凭组织中学项目(MYP)项目要求、本校大学预科(DP)项目开设的课程并结合当前学生实际情况,设立了以下学科:中文A/B、英文A/B、历史、地理、数学、综合科学、音乐、美术、信息技术、体育与健康教育、中文阅读课、英文阅读课以及英语语法课。学生学科评估根据学科特点既注重过程也注重结果,做到形成性评估与总结性评估相结合,努力防止一卷评估的弊端。/Guided by OECIS mission statement and core values, ISP integrates both national and international curriculum in process of aligning with IB standards and practices. We make our own feature to foster lifelong learners with international mindedness. ISP provides the education which can be beneficial through whole life for teenagers. They can learn how to learn. By integral and comprehensive learning, teenagers develop their critical thinking, connect what they’ve learned with real situation and commit actively and responsibly to the world. All pedagogical activities are students centered. Through three years learning in ISP which is equivalent to Grade 7 to 9, teenagers can be laid strong foundation for their DP. According MYP requirement and our DP subjects, we set below subjects in ISP: Chinese A/B, English A/B, History, Geography, Maths, Science, Music, Art, IT, PE, Chinese reading, English reading and grammar. Assessment in ISP adopt summative and formative ways.
在夯实学生学科基础的同时,为促使学生全面发展、激发培养学生的活动兴趣,培育受益终身的兴趣爱好,锻炼学生的组织策划才能、培养学生领导力与责任意识,学段每周三和周五组织开展学生分项晨练活动、微演讲活动,周二和周四下午4:20-5:30开展学生社团、兴趣活动。每学期根据资源、场地以及学生实际情况调整社团设置,社团活动以学生为中心,由学生主导,教师协助监督适当指导。学生社团、兴趣活动的开展为学生的全面发展提供了广阔的舞台。此外,学段每学期丰富的学科活动也进一步培育了学生的探究、思考与交流技能。/ To develop students in all aspect, arouse and cultivate students’ interests, build up organizational abilities and leadership, ISP carry out morning exercise and micro lectures on each Wednesday and Friday. Each Tuesday and Thursday we carry out extra curriculum activities during 4:20 to 5:30 pm. We also adjust settings of these clubs according resources and venues. Leaded and organized by students, supervised by teachers, these activities provide vast stage for students’ balanced growth. Besides, subject activities train students in inquiry, thinking and communicative skills.
学校为国际中学着力打造一支由中外教协作教学、符合学段特点的专业化的国际教育优良教学团队。学段教师全部大学本科以上毕业,其中硕士研究生以上学历占30%以上。学校高度重视教师的专业发展,学段全体教师均接受过校内培训,60%以上的教师外出参加过国际文凭组织官方培训。1/3以上教师拥有国际文凭组织大学预科教学经验。/ We build a professional pedagogical team which dedicate to international education. Among the team, there are 30% members gained master degree. We pay much attention to teachers’ professional development. All teachers are well trained school wised. 60% of teachers had participated in IBO trainings outside.

We have a scientific, practical, flexible and consistent curriculum design based on IB curriculum requirements for students of different ages. It focuses both on students’ subject knowledge and their abilities of language competency and skills through activities.

A: OECIS Secondary Programmes include Secondary Programme Junior (SPJ) from Year 6- Year 8
and Secondary Programme Senior (SPS) (from Year 9- Year10).
OECISP国际中学包括国际初中和国际高中两部分。
2.        Q: What are the specific features in the programmes?

           A: In language teaching and learning we integrate subject knowledge such as science while leaning subject knowledge we can practice our language.

5.      Q: Is OECSP an authorized programme?
           A: No. We are in the process of getting authorization from the International Baccalaureate (IB) to offer IB Middle Year Programme.
           问: OEC中学项目获得了IBO授权了吗?
答:还没有。但我们正在为申请IBO认证做必要的准备工作。
