现任PYP数学教师及班主任。课堂教学扎实有效，擅长挖掘学生潜力，赢得学生亲近和信赖。在教育过程中，相信“亲其师，信其道”，严宽并济，注重沟通，鼓励学生张扬个性，尊重学生个体差异，用心做学生成长道路上的引路人。所带班级积极向上，在学校各项比赛中多次获得荣誉，多次被评选为“优秀班集体”和“五星班级”。

Miss Xie, graduated from Qufu Normal University, and major in Education. I am currently a PYP math teacher and a homeroom teacher. My teaching style is holistic. I am constant in holding high academic and behavior standards for myself and my students. This is reflected in the constructive and trusting relationship I have with students. The philosophy of education I implement in my classes is as follows， "Close to the teacher, believe in the way" ，strict and lenient, encourage positive communication, encourage students to develop their personality, respect the individual differences of students, and be a guide on the path of students' own growth. The classes I develop are positive and progressive, and have won many honors in the school competitions, for instance, the "Excellent Class Group" and the "Five Star Class".
