英语教师兼科组长，本科学历，英语专业八级，辅修日语，热爱教育事业；自15年毕业后一直从事英语教育工作，有五年的小学毕业班授课经验。在教学工作中，勤奋认真，善于发现，勤于学习，能够因材施教，认可每一个孩子的能力，激发他们的潜力，提升综合竞争力。深受学生喜爱和家长认可。获校级优秀教师、“外研社杯”第十三届英语能力测评省级优秀指导教师、广东省中小学教师教学设计比赛一等奖。

Sylvia, English teacher, Bachelor Degree, TEM-8, minor in Japanese. I have been engaged in English education since my graduation in 2015, and I have five-years' experience as a graduating class teacher and four years as a group leader in primary school. I have great enthusiasm for teaching and I am diligent and earnest in teaching. I keep learning and guiding my class activities according to students’ aptitudes. I recognize each child's ability, stimulate their potential, and improve their comprehensive competitiveness. I am well-liked by students and recognized by parents. I was awarded as an “Excellent Teacher”, “Provincial Excellent Instructor” of the 13th SFLEP Cup English Proficiency Assessment, and the first prize in the Guangdong Lesson Preparation Skills Competition.
