人生格言：体育可以培养人追求健康的生活方式。鼓励学生通过体育锻炼强身健体，一方面可以持续进行高效的学习，另一方面可以为更长时间地服务社会打下良好的身体基础。同时，体育还可以能在潜移默化中培养学生的科学锻炼的良好习惯，培养学生持之以恒和自律意识，以及养成与他人合作、坦然直面输赢结果的体育精神。
