卢老师，毕业于华南农业大学外国语学院。在校期间担任国际部初中段英语教师及班主任。她对待工作认真负责，在学科教学上认真钻研，采用多种方法培养学生对英语的兴趣。同时作为班主任，她对待学生富有爱心与耐心，深得学生信任。在校期间，她获得宝安区“初任班主任新手带班小妙招征集活动”二等奖。卢老师一直认为“我因欣赏学生而愉悦，学生因我欣赏而奋进。”

Jennie, graduated from South China Agricultural University, majors in Business English. Now she is an English teacher and a head teacher in the International Department. She works hard and responsible. She is rigorous in her English teaching, and uses various methods to cultivate students' interest in English. As a head teacher, she treats students with love and patience, and has won the trust of students. During her time at school, she got the second prize of New Head Teacher’s Class Management skills in Baoan District. She always believe that teachers are happy because they appreciate their students, and students are motivated because they are appreciated by their teachers.
