本科毕业于中山大学汉语言专业，IB受训认证教师，国家二级心理咨询师，深圳市优秀公益心理师，家庭教育指导师（高级），宝安区首届教坛新秀，宝安区优秀名班主任工作室主持人、优秀班主任、骨干教师、优秀工会委员。区级课题《心理健康教育渗透课堂教学研究》主持人，多篇论文发表于国家级、省、市期刊杂志，辅导学生作品多次获市、区级奖项。注重教研与实践探索，以“德育系列化”开展学生活动，实现教育教学与IB课程的双相融合。

I work as the Director of international student affairs office. With a language and literature Bachelor Degree from Zhongshan University, I was recognized as a qualified IB Chinese teacher, the national psychological consultant, psychology counselor for public in Shenzhen, advanced family education guidance teacher, Bao’an excellent teacher, excellent homeroom teacher, the host of excellent homeroom teacher workshop, the title of outstanding teacher and the committee members of labor union. As the host of the "Research on the Penetration of Mental Health Education into Classroom Teaching" project, I have published different level of papers, and my student’s work won awards for many times. I lay more emphasis on teaching and practice research, carried out a series of moral education student activities, and tried to integrate with IB courses.
