Carl Plummer, born in Yorkshire, England – a very long time ago. Teacher, published author, and literary editor of novels and TV scripts. Studied Theatre Language and Cultural Studies before gaining his BA (hons) in Literature and Modern History. A short time spent as a failed actor. After completing his MA in English Literature, went on to qualify for his FAETC in London and CELTA in Cambridge. After teaching in England, Carl worked in Paris, France, Cyprus, and Tripoli in Libya before moving to China where he has taught at University in Xi’an, College in Guangzhou, and is now teaching TOK and English (LangB and LangA) at OECIS.
